Thank you for pre-ordering from our site. Please read this pre-order policy for a smooth experience.

We will provide estimated arrival dates for pre-orders. Once available, we will aim to ship pre-orders within 1 day. For orders with pre-order and in-stock items, we will hold the full order until all items are available, unless you request otherwise.

Despite our best estimates, delays may occur. We will promptly update estimated arrival dates on our website and notify you by email if delays arise.

In certain cases, pre-order items may ship separately if available earlier than the rest of your order. Any remaining items will ship once available.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed. If you no longer want the pre-order item, please contact us to discuss options.
